Hi Galina! Tell us a bit about the business…
Before I ventured into my own business, I had been working as a cleaner since 2009. Although I enjoyed working for an agency, I always wanted to have my own! Here at Maid Up London, our mission is help give people back their valuable time by handling all their cleaning and housekeeping tasks for them. We take care of everything from ironing and organizing, to deep carpet cleaning and end of tenancy jobs. Cleaning can really transform any space, and we love the reaction we get from clients once they see the finished look.
How has your Rezigo experience been so far?
I joined Rezigo over four months, and it’s been a really big help for me so far with generating more work. I was one of the first suppliers to sign up so naturally I was unsure about how it would aid my business at first. Considering the platform was in its early days, I’ve expanded my clientele and have more jobs booked in the diary since joining!
Tell us a bit about your first Rezigo job…
My first ever job with Rezigo was to clean a one-bedroom flat and the experience overall was really smooth. The client was pleasant, and they let me get on with my work and provided amazing feedback once the job was done! I marked the job as complete on Rezigo and received my payment straight away. The process was pretty simple and secure!
What are enjoying the most about Rezigo?
I like the fact that I receive guaranteed payments for every job I do. In the past, I’ve completed jobs and the clients either pay me late or try to cut the price done after. This used to cause me delay in paying my employees, so Rezigo has been a great solution to all of this. I don’t need to worry anymore about payments being late or wrong - Rezigo is a guaranteed way to earn as a small business owner.
What advice would you give to cleaners looking to join the platform?
To any cleaning companies that are thinking of joining Rezigo to find more work, I’d say go for it! In terms of more practical advice on how to succeed with the platform, it’s important to give 100% effort to each job you do and clean any property as well as you would for your own home. Try not to take constructive criticism in a negative way as it will only help you improve skills in the future. Don’t forget communicating with your clients so both parties are happy with the experience!
