How does Rezigo work?

Visit the book a job page to give us some details about the service you need, and we’ll match you with members of our trade community. You can request quotes for multiple jobs in one go if you need to, and you’ll get up to five quotes back per job to compare.

Once you’ve accepted a quote, the job is scheduled and carried out. You can then pay, leave a review, and give your supplier a star rating – all via your dedicated Rezigo dashboard. This is also your space to track job history, store important documents (such as boiler certificates and utility bills), and exchange messages, photos and videos with service providers.

Do I pay for quotes?

Not a penny. As a Rezigo customer, you get to connect with reliable tradespeople completely free of charge. We’ll get in touch when the job date has passed to confirm you’re happy and it’s been carried out successfully, then you pay securely at the touch of a button via your dashboard.

How many quotes will I receive per job?

You’ll get five quotes back for every job request, including a full price breakdown of all the tasks included. You can even mix and match tasks with different service providers if you like, giving you ultimate flexibility.

How do I know Rezigo suppliers are reliable?

All Rezigo suppliers are thoroughly vetted before they’re approved to quote for jobs. Each gets their own Account Manager who checks they’re fully insured and come with the relevant qualifications to practice their trade. An extensive background check, meanwhile, assesses the company’s history, VAT and legal status. Finally, all traders will sign the Rezigo Agreement, which outlines what we expect from our suppliers. Can I book more than one supplier for the same day?

Of course! You'll have a chance to specify the date you’d like the work carried out, and there’s nothing to stop you requesting multiple jobs on the same day.

I want to complain about my service provider. What do I do?

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with a supplier, you can raise a dispute via your dashboard. Simply click on the ‘Help’ icon within the job summary and select ‘raise a dispute’ from the dropdown provided. Why sign up to Rezigo?

Why wouldn’t you sign up to Rezigo? There are no membership fees, no joining fees, and no bidding fees. Once approved, you can submit quotes for FREE, and you’ll only pay us when you get paid. Find out more here.

How much commission do you take?

We take 20% commission once a job is carried out and the customer has paid.

How do I sign up to Rezigo?

Fill out our simple registration form to get started. Your details will go through to our vetting team, who’ll be in touch to make the relevant checks. Once you’re approved – usually within 48 hours – you can start getting customer leads for free, right away.

Where does Rezigo operate?

We’re currently operating throughout the UK, but watch this space as we’ve got big plans to enter Europe in the near future!

How do I get paid?

We collect payment details as soon as a customer's accepted a quote, in order to secure the booking. Once the job's been carried out, they authorize payment via their dashboard. As soon as we’ve received the customer's funds, we’ll process yours immediately (minus the 20% commission).
