A fantastic opportunity to join Rezigo, a new, dynamic & exciting PropTech start up, looking to provide a seamless and unique tech-based service to help customers move home and maintain their home with ease. The brand recently launched. We are a small team with huge ambitions. An exciting opportunity to play a key role within our very busy, fast moving Sales department.

Key responsibilities

  • Continue to set up processes and procedures for the new administration department
  • Sourcing potential suppliers
  • Sending out documents and contracts to potential suppliers / services / corporate clients
  • Following up with suppliers, answering any questions they may have regarding the contract
  • Document Management of all incoming contracts and chasing contracts to be signed
  • Chasing relevant certification / documents ensuring potential suppliers pass the required vetting process
  • Liaising with potential suppliers / services, answering any queries they may have
  • Liaising with customers to help resolve any queries or issues
  • Escalating complex queries to the Director
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date. Updating customer records, new contact details and notes on support interactions
  • When required, assisting the sales team on the phones. For example informing suppliers / corporate customers of new or improved services.
  • Reporting any unusual activity to the Director
  • Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data


  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Computer literate, particularly with MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Where to find us

Rezigo HQ is in busy Borehamwood, just a couple of minutes’ drive from the A1 and a stone’s throw from Albert Square (yes really, Elstree Studios is right around the corner). We’ve got shops, cafes, and a TESCO superstore within walking distance, plus a handful of pubs for after-work drinks (we’re not allowed in The Queen Vic, though – sorry).
