Payments

All you need to know about making payments to Rezigo...

Before the Job

Before the job

We take payment details once you've accepted a quote. Just so you know, you won't be charged at this point –  it's simply to secure the booking and schedule the work.

After the Job

After the job

When a job’s scheduled date has passed, we’ll get in touch to confirm the work's been carried out successfully. You can then authorise payment at the touch of a button via your Rezigo dashboard.

Paying securely

Your payment protection’s really important to us, which is why we’ve partnered with one of the most recognised and reputable online payment solutions, PayPal and Braintree (a PayPal service). Take a look at our accepted payment methods below.

Cancellations & disputes

Once a job’s been booked, you can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel after the 24-hour cut-off, you’ll be charged a £30 fee.

In the unlikely scenario that you’re unhappy with the work provided, or you’ve experienced a problem with your service provider, you can raise a dispute. If this happens, payment is put on hold while our team investigates the issue. It's why we take payment via the Rezigo site, and we only release funds to the supplier once you've given us the thumbs-up. Thanks to our thorough vetting process, situations like these are really rare.
