Cancellations & disputes
Once a job’s been booked, you can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel after the 24-hour cut-off, you’ll be charged a £30 fee.
In the unlikely scenario that you’re unhappy with the work provided, or you’ve experienced a problem with your service provider, you can raise a dispute. If this happens, payment is put on hold while our team investigates the issue. It's why we take payment via the Rezigo site, and we only release funds to the supplier once you've given us the thumbs-up.
