It’s our job to make sure you’re only letting reputable, trustworthy people into your home, and that’s a responsibility we take really seriously.

We go to great lengths to make sure our suppliers are who they say they are, and that they come with the relevant experience, qualifications, and documentation to not only get the job done, but to get it done to the high standards you deserve.

How we work with our suppliers

Rezigo suppliers are given a dedicated Account Manager, who’s responsible for carrying out the vetting process at application stage, and making sure our code of conduct and terms and conditions are being adhered to on an ongoing basis.

What we expect from our suppliers

  • To provide the correct documents to pass the membership vetting process (things like Public Liability Insurance, DBS clearance, and trade certifications)
  • To maintain up-to-date documentation to remain an approved member of our trade community
  • To demonstrate true professionalism at all times
  • To adhere to the Rezigo Agreement, which outlines our supplier terms and conditions
